My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the location had its advantages, like being close to the mall road, the room quality was sadly below average. The service left much to be desired, and I felt misled by the misleading room images during booking. Overall, I can't recommend this place, especially for families.

I had a great stay at Hotel Hamers, especially since it's right on Mall Road, making it super convenient for exploring.
